Wondering where which Canggu accommodations are worth staying at? If you are wondering where to stay in Bali, Canggu should be one of your top choices! Clean and affordable places to stay are my priorities when I travel. In order to find this, it takes a lot of research and patience. I enjoy walking, so a big thing for me is to find an accommodation that is central to all of the hotspots.
In Canggu Bali, there are so many different options to choose from and these options can be quite spread out. There are Canggu hotels, homestays or villas. As a budget traveler, the homestay was the best choice for my Canggu acommodation.
If you do decide to stay in Canggu, I recommend staying in the Batu Bolong beach area which is close to Echo Beach Bali. I found this was one of the best places to stay in Bali. There are basic Canggu hotels for simple surfers, or there are quite luxurious Canggu Bali hotels for those who don’t mind spending more on an accommodation. For me, I don’t spend much time in the room, so a clean, basic room fits ALL of my needs for my Canggu accommodations.

Bali Full Moon Guesthouse was the perfect place! It is very affordable, clean and the staff are very friendly! The rooms are very basic, but it was all I needed. There is a small pool with a few lounge chairs if you wanted to go for a dip. There is a mini bar at the front desk the you can grab a drink from. The owner is super friendly, he responded immediately whenever I contacted him on WhatsApp. The workers are hospitality students.
This is a very small Canggu accommodation. There are only 8 rooms, so make sure to book early! If you book early on booking.com, you will get a free cancellation policy. This is what I did months before my adventure, and it helps provide comfort in case you need to cancel last minute.
I cannot say enough about how simple and perfect this place was in Canggu Bali. Bali Full Moon Guesthouse is also in walking distance to Echo Beach Bali. For me, it was definitely one of the best Canggu accommodations.
