Just down the road from Santa Maria Beach, one of Paros’s most popular and lively seaside spots, you’ll find this traditional Greek tavern in a shaded garden setting. This family-run tavern has become one of the most popular restaurants in Paros Greece known for its fresh fish, classic meze, and authentic local dishes that feel like home-cooked meals. MENU HIGHLIGHTS: Moussaka and their local salad (called Katsounas). The seafood Giovetsi with orzo that is pictured below is very good as well, but is fishy incase you don’t like orzo tasting too fishy.
PRO TIP: Make sure to book ahead before heading there. The wait gets very long. Also, there is very limited parking so you might prefer to park down the road where it is possible to turn around from. The road is extremely narrow and the tavern is at the very end of the road.
Aliki, Paros
To Balcony Tou Aki – Aliki (Sunset Views)
Located in the seaside village of Aliki on the southern coast, To Balcony Tou Aki is my personal favourite and one of the most scenic in Paros. You’ll need to drive from Parikia or Naousa, but the sunset views over the water are unforgettable. The setting alone makes it one of the most special restaurants in Paros Greece, but the food makes you want to return. Expect fresh seafood, traditional Greek dishes, and generous portions prepared with care.

Anna & Giorgos does require a drive, but it stands out for me for its simplicity, farm to table menu that is done incredibly. Located away from the busy port towns, this rustic countryside spot serves some of the best lamb chops you’ll have in the Cyclades. The food is straightforward, traditional, and rooted in quality local ingredients.
MENU HIGHLIGHTS: Lamb chops, greek salad, dolmades. These dolmades were one of my favourites because they didn’t have rice in them.
